When my schedule suffocates me, I'll fight even for 15 minutes to noodle around on the bike. It's always worth it. When there's time, I work on physical fitness. When there's not time, I ride very slowly, focus on the sensations of balance and momentum, look for visual details, and experience mental refreshment.
