Vision

Unlike my friends in other locales, I don't see many stone walls during my wanderings.  It seemed good to stop a moment and ponder.

The one who placed the first stone instructs us in the virtues of vision, patience, and hard work.

  1. Stone walls certainly ARE unusual and elaborate compared to the common "wirus barbus"

  2. He could lay up a pretty nice rock wall too. Probably the greatest architect of all time. Great shot.

  3. Nice find, Chris! I haven't seen any around my stomping grounds, but saw some in France.

    Peace :)

  4. It's interesting to look at a rock wall and discover what, at first, seems to be a bunch of rocks randomly stacked together; only to discover the builder had to hand pick each stone and fit it in with the others to build a structure that would stand. Perhaps this is kind of a picture of what the Master Builder does. I like rock walls.

  7. If you ever make it up to New England I'll be happy to show you a million stone walls. They are a beautiful thing to behold and this is a nice reminder to me to notice them!
